Standing Offer Agreements


Public Works and Services is responsible for setting up Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) for common use good and services.

Under an SOA, a supplier agrees to provide to the Government, on demand, certain goods or services under named conditions, during a period of time, at a predetermined price or discount.
