Administrative and educational space is needed for Aurora College in Inuvik to replace an old, outdated building. The master plan envisions an educational centre in the heart of the town.

The Inuvik Campus serves the Inuvik and Sahtu regions. It has unique programs not offered elsewhere in the NWT, such as recreation and oil & gas training.

The Gino Pin design features lots of glass, curves, and a sleek roof. The facilities will include advanced computer labs and network.

The construction contract was negotiated with a local contractor and has strong support from the community at all levels. The contractor is on schedule and doing a great job, while the tradespeople are excited to be working on this building.
