Records Management:
Who is Responsible for iRIMS?
     

The PWS Records Management Unit is responsible for the administration and on going maintenance of iRIMS.

  • System Upgrades
    As new product versions become available, PWS analyzes and conducts system testing to ensure that the product meets the GNWT’s requirements.
  • System Maintenance
    Routine maintenance in iRIMS is performed to ensure that the information contained in iRIMS (codes, functions, etc.) suits the client Departments’ needs.
  • Licensing
    PWS coordinates the purchase of iRIMS licences with the product vendor.
  • Training
    The Records Management Unit provides iRIMS training for Departments on an “as needed” basis.
  • Support
    We provide a full range of support services for iRIMS, including advice, guidance, creating custom reports, and troubleshooting technical problems.
